We are a small team of qualified, experienced therapists, who have come together in response to the the mental health emergency, which continues to be heavily impacted by the cost of living.  We believe that affordable, confidential, flexible-approach counselling must be made available to everyone, NOW.

We are an emergency counselling service, as as well as a provider of ongoing therapy. We are here to support you with whatever is impacting on your quality of life.  Sometimes we need to talk to someone in confidence as a matter of urgency. We are here for everyone, whether the issue is acute or chronic.
